I just installed a new screen on my Motorola Atrix 4G but now the screen/home

buttons dont work..what now? The previous screen was cracked so i purchased another one but now dont know whats wrong because it isnt responding to any touch. It does turn on but i cant do anything after that. The touchscreen worked perfectly fine before i replaced the new one but it was just cracked. Thanks in advance!
how would i upgrade it if i have no ability to touch the screen?
 
it has problem with hardware and software conflict it would sort out once you upgrade your software
