I love my cousin brother who is my paternal uncle's son.He is 3 yrs elder to me & we both know each other very well.I think he also likes me but never told me.Our parents will never turn against us.Shall I tell this to him through mail or phone?I cant speak to him directly as we both live in different states.Plz help!!!
