how long should it be til I hear ba? My husband and I made an offer on a home in short sale in CT a little over a month ago. Last week the lender sent out an appraiser and yesterday the file was sent to mitigation. I'm wondering if this means we should hear if they will accept our offer within the next week or so? I know short sales can be time consuming but it seems to be moving along now.
 
could take another 30 days or so as they may have to get with the PMI company as well to approve the sell since PMI may have a vested interest in the loss as well
