I need a good program to convert mp4 to divx format.?

I have some music vids that are in mp4 format and I wanna change them to divx or something like that(some format of that type) so I can play them on my pioneer touch stereo. So can y'all piont me into a direction into a good program that does that. From download.com cause their free and virus free.
 
Hi I did some research and found the following information on the attached blog. It has info and instructions on how to convert Mp4 to DivX codec. good Luck
