I need a good workout routine and low calorie meal plan.?

Im 16, 5'7 and i weigh about 150 maybe a few pounds less.
i wanna get in shape for summer.
maybe lose 15 or 20 pounds.
And within a short time if possible. 5 or 6 weeks?

I tried google for workouts and meal plans but its WAY too hard to find a site that isnt just selling something.

Also if anyone knows any good excersises i could do on my excersise ball would you be able to explain them.
