im 16 years old and i basically wanna do yoga to become toned and to have good breathing i also want to get more in touch with my inner self so any suggestions would be really great!
id prefer a dvd that helps your overall body and is at a beginners level because ive only ever done yoga twice before, but i loved it!

also i workout everyday, 6 minute sprint, 40 situps, 40 butt workout thigns idk what theyre called and i need YOGA to finish my workout off with eheh so thanks
