I need help entering Port-Forwarding numbers for Madden 11 Ps3 on a Netgear router?

I need specific instructions on how to enter these port forwarding # 's on a netgear router wpn824 v3. anyone please Help...

To play Madden NFL 11 online with PS3 you may need to open the following ports:

•TCP Ports: 80, 443, 5223, 9980-9989, 42100
•UDP Ports: 3478, 3479, 3658, 3659, 6000, 9570
 
How do you enter these, as I tried to put the codes in last night and a message came up saying they were outwith the range!

Do you only have to put 80, 443 etc in the box and choose if it's TCP, UDP or both, as there are 2 boxes that are blank for inbound ports? Or, do you need to add new ports?
