I'm about to start a police academy and we are expected to be able to do around 350 push ups in our PT sessions (2 hour period) Yes it sounds like a ridiculous amount but there are already guys that can do that. I can do about 45 in a row but my arms fatigue very quickly. My cardio is fine, my arms just cant do the work. What are the best ways to strengthen arms to do more push ups?
Is it just a ton of push ups? Bench pressing heavy weight? Light weight? Other excercises? Thanks
