I need help on creating a paper boat?

Ok so my class is having a competition on building strong boats. It was to carry a lot of weight for example 150 poker chips and we're gonna set the boat over the water without making it sink. Please help :)
 
use styrofoam it will work great i had to do the same thing

and make sure you practice at home put it in water and put havy stuff on it and keep on building it until its really strong make sure you put th same weight on each side make it even or it will sink
 
Why take a PAPER MARCHE cast of medium sized toy boat hull.
Very easy to do and is made of paper...a lick of paint and you now have the makings of a winner.
