i need one software which can change profile automatically

E.g.

When time is 7:00 A.M. it will set profile to General

When time is 11:00 A.M. it will set profile to Meeting

When time is 6:00 P.M. it will set profile to General

When time is 10:00 P.M. it will set profile to silent mood

so, i need software for automatically change profile ??

It must be free and it will done every day ??
