I need to loose weight before a cruise!!!?

Hi I'm 14 years old and I weigh 145lbs!! On december 20th 2010 I'm going on a cruise to Catalina Island and Mexico, and a lot of my family is coming, probably 10 people. I really want to look good and not be self-consious on my cruise cruise. I need a healthy diet plan!! i want to loose 25lbs by December 20th!! Please don't give me any websites. I know that some of my weight comes from over eating, so any tips how to stop that too would be helpful.

you still need to eat lots of vegetables and some proteins and a little fruit
to burn this weight you need cardio 4 - 5 days a week for 40 mins
try doing some running or jogging

and also try full body workouts..

eat more brown rice, oatmeal vegetables, tuna, chicken breast, lentels, berries
 
Losing too much weight is not good. 1 Month may make you look a little better but won't make you look extremely thin.

1. Eat vegetables. Exercise daily, set up an exercise plan such as running every two days. Get about 1500 calories per day.

2. I don't have too many "Not to overeat tips" but if you are really motivated enough to lose weight, you will know to stay off snacks and to stick to three meals a day.

Don't get too nervous cause that will lead to eating. Also boredom will definitely lead to eating, try doing something else in the mean time.
