I restored my computer how can get my songs from my iPod on iTunes?

Is there anything that will transfer songs all my songs from my iPod to iTunes? I was using some free trials and I got 87 of 251 songs back but I need to get all of them. I don't have the CDs. Please Help? I need to find a software that will tranfer all of my songs
 
You can just plug your ipod into your new computer with itunes on it. The songs should sync back automatically.
