I sold a bike on Ebay, for local pickup. Buyer damaged, trying to return.?

report them to ebay - not the police ffs. detail they are trying to return an item they had clearly seen before pick-up and payment and the handing over of money does make it legally binding.

tell ebay the bike you sold did have underinflated tyres, but you told the buyer this at the time and they accepted this. tell them its your belief they have damaged the bike themselves and are trying to return the item in an unfit condition.

If you have pics of the bike on the listing amek sure you hold onto them. - Youve been paid right?

I put a bike on eBay. It was listed for local pickup and stated NO RETURNS.
The buyer looked at the bike, accepted it and took it with them (bundling it into a car boot!).
Later the next evening they phoned up and tried to say it's front wheel was damaged.
Bearing in mind they would of seen this on pickup. They tried to say they could not "Test ride it" due to the fact the tyres were a little underinflated (They did not ask, or even mention wanting to ride it, they checked it over and said it was fine).
We know the bike was in perfect condition and that they have damaged it, now they are attempting to get thier money back and leave us with a broken bike.
Anyone know what my rights are here. I hear eBay bidding is a legally binding contract.
They are attempting to say it's not as described, but they SAW it BEFORE they took it and accepted it, because it -was not- damaged.
I see it as how can I be held responsible for any damage they have caused?

Should/can I report them to the police for fraud or attempting to obtain money by deception?
Or should I take them to court should paypal find in thier favour?
The reason I ask for advice about the police is they are trying to claim through paypal - so I can't withhold the money, otherwise I would.
I hear 99% of buyers win thier claims, even if the buyer is in the right. I want to know IF they get the money back and I get a damaged bike back, what should I do? I figure the police/court due to them obtaining the money by deception. They cannot say it was damaged when they picked it up - they saw it, checked it and accepted it.
That should say "even if the SELLER is in the right". My fingers are dyslexic lol.
