alternative? Well After much research It seems i injured my mcl, After running for months without rest. So I dont injure myself i need to let it heal. But Is riding a bike a good alternative for lets say the next 2 days? I usually run about 4.5 miles So how far should I ride a bike? Because I NEED TO WORK OUT.
