I want to burn a mpg file of p90x to a dvd. I have the trial version of nero 9

and the video shows up dark why? Can anyone tell me why this is happening? It has sound though. The image just comes up blurry. Would it burn into the dvd blurry or not? Someone help. Please tell me what to click on.
