I want to lose a little weight or "spare tire". Fitness routine?

I have a small frame, 5 foot 4 or 5 and 125 pounds
but i'm getting a spare tire, and kind of some back fat
and muffin top in jeans that should fit
i just want to get rid of that, and i already eat healthy, but its summer
so i don't get alot of excersize in. i own a treadmill, and can do sit ups and what not, but i don't have any more equipment
is there a routine i can do everyday or other day to work off my extra weight for a body i'm proud to show off :) and feel more comfortable with. also, on the treadmill what should i do. walk for a bit, then run, then walk? or what. and on what speads and what incline. and when i start making it harder for more challenge

lol this isn't so much about diet, i eat really healthy. i need to have an excersize regimen
 
well everyday, go to ur t.v. and watch and follow some excerise workouts! just walk in place and feel the burn!
