I want to play multiplayer on PSP........?

I have a laptop (ASUS F82Q) with a built in Wireless card and I use a WiFi connection but its not hotspot its a modem and I use Vista on the laptop. on my PSP go (N1008 PB) I want to play multiplayer but I dont have a hotspot so I cant play multiplayer on WiFi.
Is there any way that I can connect my PSP to laptop and use the internet of laptop on PSP?
And is there any way to make hotspot on Vista?(plz dont tell to buy router)
 
there is a way which maybe work.
go to emulator-zone.com and download psp emulator and you can play your psp iso on your computer with multiplayer.
but if you want to play it on your psp you have to (sorry)buy a router
