get it back? how? upgraded to an LG rumor in September, thought I was losing my mind when it started shutting itself off, and now I find out Sprint has admitted the problem and pulled it off the shelves. I want my upgrade price back to use on a different phone since they sold me a bum one. Can and HOW do I get it?
