that possible? I've been trying to lose weight for the past 7 months. I did lose about 20 pounds in the first four months just dieting. Right now I am still considered a few pounds overweight, so I do still have weight to lose. I stepped up my exercise regimen two months ago and I now run 20-30 miles a week. I eat around 1200-1500 calories a day, so I'm not starving myself but I'm not overeating either. And I eat mostly healthy things. I do have coffee daily and I drink alcohol on one weekend night per week. This week I ran 32 miles and maintained my diet, and I still gained 5 pounds. I'm not pre-menstrual. How is it possible that I gained weight? I can understand a plateau (which I've been on for the past two months, not gaining or losing) but I don't understand how I can possibly be gaining weight. It's VERY frustrating. Please help me understand this! :(
