1. What is the optimal carbs/protein ratio for pre- and post-workout meals?
2. What are some food items that contain fast-absorbing protein that I can probably find in my kitchen?
3. What are some food items that are optimal for carb intake pre- and post-workout?
4. When should I consume pre- and post-workout meals relative to the time of my workout?
Yeah, I mean weight-lifting, like body-building.
