Ideal time for car repair shop to fix an Acura RDX w/ a little damage?

They've had the car for exactly two weeks now. It had a big wheel alignment problem and minor damages to the top left bumper when someone swerved into me. How long would this usually take to fix?

Two to three weeks is about right for what you consider a "little" damage. Big Alignment problem must mean that the sub frame on the front was damaged. That takes time to straighten out and unless the shop doing the work truly knows what they're doing, it will reduce the alignment problem but it won't be "right". Then there's waiting on your insurance to either approve the work or pay for it.
