If, a prophecy say: a 10 FEET snow storm in the East. Will it happen?

We know of snow storms of 10 to 20 plus inches. But a storm of 10 feet is really cataclismic.

Actual snowfall of 10+ feet from a single storm is next to impossible...snowdrifts that deep resulting from a single storm are another matter...

As long as you say it will happen near Syracuse, NY. At the very least,, it has the best chance of happening there.
