If I buy a car from Vauxhall, Fiat etc, Do I get Insurance for FREE?

But when I say buy a car, I mean by doing a deal whereby I pay around 250 pound a month over 36 months. Do I get insurance with a deal like that or not?

Anyone got any ideas?
