If i get a degree at UTI would i be hired at Nissan? I am also a convicted fellon.?

I barley turned 18 and a friend and i went out trying to steal from open cars, were stupid found some guns, long story short im a convicted felon now. im going to go to UTI soon and want to know if i am to receive a NATT degree, would it be a waste of time and money if Nissan doesnt hire felons?
