Hi everyone. I'm close to buying a beautiful ground floor flat based in a huge old Victorian terrace. However the bathroom is based slap bang in the middle of the flat so there's no windows or outside wall for a extractor fan or vent. The room next to it is a bedroom and has a large window and outer walls. Can a extractor fan be passed through the bedroom e.g. in the ceiling to the outside? Is is worth it? How much will it cost? Is there an easier way to ventilate the bathroom if it can't be done?
