If time travel or 100% accurate prediction of the future was possible would it...

1] "If" time travel was possible. It is possible but scientists haven't worked it out yet how; I will tell you. In order to time travel you need to travel at the speed of light. But cannot do this bc mass increases the faster you go. With me so far. Now if you had an anti - gravity propulsion sytem ie: creates an opposite/equal force to that of gravity this in turn would "negate" the mass of the object and thus, light speed would be possible. If you can travel at L SPEED you can "bend time" Should get Nobel Peace Prize for that.
2] If Humans had evolved enough to develop time travel technology then perhaps one would assume humans had "evolved " enough to the point that we would " rise above" traits like greed, corruption, famine, war, and what you say wouldn't be necessary

No, because you'd have to wipe out the whole Nazi movement for one - Hitler wasn't the only one who believed in a New World Order and a perfect Arion race. So you would achieve nothing other than making yourself as bad as he was. Good can come out of bad - so why change history. Laws are made to protect the future from the mistakes of the past. Without that there is no growth either in society or individually. ...I think therefor I am..Aren't I ?

If I went back into my own past would I change it - no! Awful as some of it was - if I had changed it I may not have the beautiful children and grand children I have now. They in turn may well change things for the better. And so on and so on.

no it's still wrong.
perhaps things could be altered but it's not moral to murder.
period...
Potentiality doesn't guarantee anything.
have you seen that movie with Tom Cruise where he portrayed a cop that arrested criminals before the crime was committed?
There are too many variables.
Murder is Immoral.
You may be able to justify it by saying I saved all these people, but I don't buy into that sorry.

Right, which is generally perceived as 'justice', is a loose term. Justice is seen differently in many eyes, thus the differences in our cultures and societies.

However, that's a boring answer. Given time travel, it would be wiser to attempt to alter the course of events of the individual's life before committing to murder. Many of infamous icons such as Hitler underwent psychological torment, or instability in their household before shifting to that genocidal mindset. However, some people simply want the world to suffer.

In the event that one was awarded prediction of the future, I would say it was justified. However, the consequences of executing who held no guilt of the crimes yet to be committed would most likely put you behind bars or death.

So, it simply lies in the hands of the individual. Would you throw your life to waste to prevent damage to a society or a culture?
