in short, yes. the scales wont show it, but you will feel it and look it. muscle replaces fat, but because muscle weighes more than fat, you're scale will sometimes show what you don't want it to. cycling is a cardio, which not only makes you sweat but helps you burn calories. dont do easy bike rides if you've been doing it for awhile because then your body will become accustomed to it, that's why its important to changeyour work out. if you do pushups one day, do pull ups the next day.
