I really love basketball with a passion and I wanna play basketball in future in college and possibly professionlly in europe but I have 4 problems. 1. Im 196 pounds of fat barely muscle 2. I let doubt get in my head so easily and my hunger while working out decreases :-( and as a result my cousin who I usually work out with said he doesn't think im hungry enough cause if I was real hungry I wouldn't let doubt come in my mind and go hard 3. I play nba 2k13 instead of watching real games and imagine playing at University of Dayton or wright state 4. I have flat feet 5. don't know how im going to lose weight and gain at least a little muscle before august ( that's when my community college basketball walk on tryouts start) sorry its so long but I really need your help!!!????!?!?!
