I'm going to start swimming for fitness, what kind of bathing suit should I get?

Obviously, a bikini might be a little difficult to swim in. I'm thinking about getting more of a "real" swimsuit, but I looked on Nike.com and realized...they're kind of expensive.

Are they all pretty steep in price, or does it depend on where you look? What's the best "real" swimsuit that's also decent quality?

I'd check out the Speedo web site, they've got some pretty fancy stuff : )

Good to hear your going for swimming :) Some of the best exercise there is! :) You need a one piece, racer/competition/fitness/practice suit (Any of those categories will work) A bikini (From experience) Will not work when taking off from the wall, diving, or doing flip turns, backstroke crossovers, ext. because then It will fall down to your knees and that's never good! Go to SwimOutlet.com and they have plenty of one pieces from Speedo, Nike, ext. at much lower prices- amazing site- Make sure you know your size in swimsuit first! They always go fast! They're very good quality, always last for a long period of time, never stretch it out, always buy some bathing suit cleaner, ext. I think you should be able to jump into the pool confident (: Hope this helped!
