im joining the marine corps next fall and i would like a workout routine please post?

We often us workouts from the cross fit program. They can be intense and really increase your indurance. We run 4-7 miles Monday, Wednesday, and friday and we do cross fit on Tuesday and Thursday. Sure is tiring but it gets out PFT scores up and helps keep us in great shape.
