ok so im getting prepared for next football season im currently 6.4 and 320 pounds i run the 40 yard dash in 5.1seconds
and my coaches want me to be running back next year BUT obviously i have too loose this weight now ive been working out for 2-3 weeks and i think its time i started the dreaded diet portion of this.....-___- im 17 btw ive done liquid diets before and i can stick to it no problem i have alot of dedication but idk if liquid diets are the fastest way do you guys know of any diets of anything i could do to drop my stomach and my sides?
