...information already provided? My work is quite a small organisation and we're all self taught. At the minute we use Excel for a number of things, the main one being used as a booking form. We have names listed down column A, with dates/trips listed along row 1. We then input OFF/IN/AM/PM into the date box and 'YES' or 'NO' into the trips box, according to the paper booking form. When it comes to invoicing, we have to manually go through the booking forms and mark up how many days they are in, and how many trips they are on. I was wondering if theres any way of making a report on excel that it could run off an invoice for each person? As we already have that information there and could add prices for any formulas.
