Im studying italian food and I have an idea for a new dish... but?

I am a junior in high school and I am starting my graduation project and I am doing it on italian cuisine. I have to write a paper and all that stuff but I also have to have a model or a physical project to show. So I was thinking that I could cook something. But pizza would be too easy and so would spaghetti. So I had an idea for something new. I was thinking like spaghetti and meat and sauce all stuffed inside an uncooked loaf of bread. Not really stuffed just like put inside, idk how that would work but thats where you come in. Can that work? how would I cook it? Is there something already like that? and just for fun what would you name it?
