improve my sprinting in 5 weeks?

help!,i need to improve my 100m an 200m sprints,any suggestions? is 5 weeks enough time for improvement?
 
sprinting involves your fast twitch fibers. the best way to develop those are to run uphill or up stairs. you can definitely improve in five weeks if you're dedicated. what're your 100 and 200m times?
for workouts, you can look online and try some they develop for sprinters.

just run 2hours a day..
an hour every morning and one every evening.
so alot of exercises..
also do some skipping it helps..
good luck 5weeks is enough time
