No. They gave up on the idea when Edward dug up the grave of the supposed "mom". After that, they went on a journey of self redemption and a quest for their bodies back. I suppose they learned their lesson about resurrection, so now, they plan to get their bodies back so as to make Winry Happy. So No, they won't resurrect their mom.
