In madden 11 ahould i Force drafted rookies to start?

Can I reach a rookies highest potential faster if I force them to start over a higher rated player through the depth chart??

of course they will reach it higher but it depends if they are a good rookie or not.. example a 4 rd prob wont reach 90... atleast not quickly. Wat i like to do is if i get a good rookie RB ill start him over my current RB and then trade that RB for picks or another player i need to fill some holes or improve..
