internet exployer window? i am able to browse the internet but when i click on a file to download windows opens another box to download but it is blank i have tried to reset advance options i tried running spyware and virus protect and i have restored my computer to a earier date but i am still having this problem i have even tried download exployer 8 but i need that second window to click on the download to use software please help me thanks
