Internet laws question?

Recently I had a falling out with a family member, my cousin(her and her husband are real scum bags...she allowed her husband back into the house after he hit their 1 1/2 year old child in the head with a shoe. They've also had threesomes in their home when their 2, 13, and 8 yo children were there) and she emailed me telling me that its illegal to have pics of her kids on my myspace. They are innocent, and in lots of them they are playing with my own brother and sisters. She also doesnt have custody of 2 out of the 3 children (her mother has custody of the older ones and is completely on my side). She told me to email her the pics too..so she knew that they were taken. She says that I dont have her consent, but can she really do anything?

The content of the internet, outside of child pornography and copyrighted material, isn't bound by any law. She does not legally own the images on your Myspace - in fact, she barely has legal custody of the kids themselves. She cannot do anything, and if she tries, it will not stand up in a court of law.
