iPhone factory reset error, help????

Well tonight i was listening to music, went downstairs real quick, came back up, and when i looked at my phone it said i needed a factory reset on itunes. So i went to iTunes and tried the reset and it said it could not be done. So i tried it again and the same thing happened. I'm freaking out. Help??

i love and hate apple so much but what your going to have to do is see if you have latest verion of itunes if problem still occurs then youll need to use someone otheres computer it happend to me like 2 days ago
