iPhone/iTunes Error 13019, How Do I Solve It?

When I try to sync my iPhone a message pops up that says that the iPhone cannot be synced, "unknown error 13019." Some people say that it will go away if you uncheck the option "sync music library" in iTunes. But in my case, it still doesn't work.
Does anyone know what the problem might be and how to fix it?
