More recently, I started to focus on body position and trying to get my knee down. I've been doing this in a deserted parking lot, and I've noticed that there is a tremendous amount of strain on your legs, knees, and ankles. I was just wondering if this is normal.
I don't actually have pain or anything like that, or any soreness that lasts. I will usually break for a few minutes and I feel better, but anyway, I was just wondering if this is typical stuff that comes with leaning.
