so a peskitarian is basically a vegitarian that eats fish too. but no meat. i have been a vegitarian when i was little for two years. and now about a week ago i decided to go vegitarian again. but now after a week of being a vegitarian i am thinking becoming a peskitarian and allowing fish in my diet would be a healthier way to go. im 15. im thin but not like super thin and i have muscle tone that if i had the chance id like to slim down even more. anyways do you think i should allow fish in my diet or stay vegitarian for a few years since i just started back up? 10 points
