Hey! :)

I'm a 13 year old girl and this summer I really want to boost my activity level up by biking for at least 2 hours or more because one:I like riding bikes And two:I wanna get active.

Is this a good choice for someone (me) that can't involve a sport with running since a hurt my leg.
I also lost a good amount of weight and I'm maintaining it but will biking also keep my weight good;)

I know and I do eat healthy, but I would also just like to have a regular diet and still eat ice cream, pizza, ect. Especially if its a birthday. Im 13 so my metabolism should be easy to keep up.
No,its NOT a knee injury so I'm safe

alright so biking is known as the best form of sport to increase your endurance.
i would say go for it but if your leg injury has to do with your knee then it would be best if you consult a doctor first. biking has no effect on ankles nor anything in the leg other then the knee. however concerning your weight well it might be the most suitable sport along with swimming for keeping your body fit and your weight low. make sure to eat carbohydrates based food to have the energy required for the exercise and make sure not to gradually increase the effort and not start as a pro from the first time.

i hope this helped:D
