Hey!
I'm a 13 year old girl and this summer I really want to boost my activity level up by biking for at least 2 hours or more because one:I like riding bikes And two:I wanna get active.
Is this a good choice for someone (me) that can't involve a sport with running since a hurt my leg.
I also lost a good amount of weight and I'm maintaining it but will biking also keep my weight good
I know and I do eat healthy, but I would also just like to have a regular diet and still eat ice cream, pizza, ect. Especially if its a birthday. Im 13 so my metabolism should be easy to keep up.
No,its NOT a knee injury so I'm safe
