It seems ridiculous to ask this question because its up to the seller. Plus this guy has over 2k feedbacks, 100% positive feedbacks. He have sold concert tickets before. This is an E-ticket and payment type is PayPal. Well everything is positive for this guy but because I've had 0 experience buying tickets through eBay, especially E-tickets. Doesn't hurt to make sure..
