Is Call of Duty: Black Ops worth getting for both PS3 and XBOX 360?

Most of my friends are getting Call of Duty: Black Ops for the PS3. But one of my friends is getting it for xbox and i dont want him to feel left out because he doesnt have a PS3. Is the game worth getting for both systems?
