My folks live in Egypt and I live in England. 2 years ago on one of my visits my mum's friend who is also her neighbour met me for the first time and since I had no friends in Egypt she recommended that me and her son get together sometime and hang out. I laughed at the gesture but appreciated her efforts. I wanted to go over and introduce myself but I always changed my mind *- dunno why. So one day while driving back home with my dad, he happened to be driving past us so my dad stopped and said hi and introduced us. I took a quick glance at him and my God was he cute! That was our first meeting and did not meet for 2 years as I had returned to England where dear life was. I thought nothing of him and no feelings whatsoever. In February this year to travelled to Egypt for a couple months and I met him. This time my boy cousin who had befriended him asked him to come along on a walk with us. We talked and got to know each other on a very friendly basis. Despite the introduction and yhe fact that we live 2 mins away from each other, we each did not actually make any effort to meet; personally I was praying that somehow he would work up the courage to walk up to our house and say hi but alas he did not. One day i decided to go over and say hi and borrow dvds seeing as he had mentioned the fact that he had a huge collection. I took my sister with me so he wouldnt read into it way too much. In fact the only time we actually got to spend time with each other was when my cousin visited. One day we were invited over to his house for dinner. We spent all night talking (and I mean that literally)...he learnt of my computer skills and asked that I help him with a few installations.the next day he called me *and informed me that he got my number off my cousin. He then asked if I wanted to go grab a few things with him at a small shopping centre and coffee afterwards. We spent that afternoon talking. Since that day we pretty much spend weekends together and a day or two over the week as he works during the week. He calls and texts repeatedly; i hardly ever pick up the phone to call him but rather wait for him to call... I figure he is a busy person and I would rather he call than I interrupt his day...if anything I text him and call occasionally especially on weekends. *On one occassion I met his close friend and he jokingly asked what I was doing with him so I in turn jokingly replied that he had dragged me there. Once we were watching a movie at his place and i was sitting a couch away from him but he asked me to sit on the couch he was on and when i did he sort of leaned closer. He normally leans closer to me when we sit next to each other and i always feel his breath on my neck or shoulders. He always looks into my eyes when talking to me, he also seems to be interested in what i have to say; he is a very good listener! He looks at me with confidence and when I see him looking at me, he doesn't look away but rather holds my glance. Every phone call normally lasts an hour or so. We have a lot of common interests; he is always asking for my opinion on everything...be it clothing or ideas. He is so open with me; I feel like he is being friendly but somehow I also feel like there's something going on between us although we have not said anything about liking each other beyond the friend zone...I am just not sure if he likes me that way or not cause sometimes he says things that seem very friendly but I assume mosten are like that at first. I definitely do like him. He hasnt asked if am in a relationship but he is definitely single. What do you think? I leave Egypt mid June, back to my life in England and I just wish he could tell me how he feels if he really likes me at all. * * **
