I really want to get in shape but I have almost no time to do so. I figure since my school and my house are on opposite sides of a pretty big mountain I could hike up and down it afterschool everyday for a way to get in shape and get home. I have my backpack with all my school supplies tho, is it bad for me to be carrying that?
