im going on a spring vacation
and im on my period for most of the time
( normally lasts for 4-5 days )
i dont wanna use pads cos it can smell and i would hate to have an 'accident' overnight
i read on the internet though that you can get an infection or something by wearing tampons the whole time?
is thie true?
what would you advise?
we're also going swimming and stuff, so it could be a bit hard to use pads lol
