...internet without the person knowing? My ex partner has been accessing my Bank Account via the internet without my knowledge to check up on my finances, even though she hasn't taken money out of the Account. Were do I stand legally?
I forgot to add, she also took all the logon information without my knowledge.
And also I checked with the bank to see if she had been accessing my Account and they said that she had. I have blocked my Account so she can't access it any more.

I believe so, contact your bank and ask for a new password to be arranged.

Its illegal for her to do it,

change your bank logon password for a start, then contact the bank tell them whats happening and get them to send you a whole new logon/signin name or code
